Many companies recognize the strategic importance of software quality. Yet, key areas of tension persist: Software quality is understood differently across the organization

Responsibility is clearly anchored at the operational level, but decision-making logic is often not integrated The pace of software evolution outstrips organizational learning capacity Tools, processes, and standards are necessary but insufficient on their own This webinar demonstrates why software quality must be viewed today as a core leadership and organizational capability.

The study “Software Quality in Transition” is based on a cross-industry survey focusing on Europe, the automotive sector, and the manufacturing industry. It examines not the quality of individual software products, but the organizational conditions under which software quality is created. It focuses on the central question: How must organizations be structured to sustainably master software quality in software-defined products?
