Webinar Software-Defined Self-Evaluation Readiness Workshop
You missed our webinar? we recorded it for you. Watch it now!
How ready is your organisation for software-defined products?
SDx Readiness Self-Evaluation – How to assess your organisation’s readiness for software-defined products. Many companies in the manufacturing industry are currently asking themselves the same question.
The shift towards software-defined systems affects much more than development processes. It impacts organisational structures, governance, life-cycle responsibility and collaboration across the supply chain.
In this webinar, we introduce a structured self-evaluation approach that organisations can use to assess their own SDx readiness. The method is based on the structure of the Automotive Software Quality Management System (ASQMS), which provides a comprehensive view on organisation, supporting processes and operational software development processes across the full life-cycle.
During the session, we will explain:
• how the SDx Readiness Self-Evaluation Workshop works
• how organisations can evaluate their current implementation level
• how to identify and prioritize the most relevant improvement areas
The concept of the workshop is deliberately interactive. In practice, a cross-functional team evaluates the implementation of key practices and identifies the top improvement areas for the organisation.
We want to share the structure and logic of the approach, so that participants understand how they can start this discussion in their own organizations.
Of course, we will also explain how we support organisations in running such workshops and in translating the results into concrete transformation initiatives.
